Just a few lines to thank you for your great service as usual. Today I spoke to Cem, who I think I've spoken to a few times before, but everyone who I've had dealings with at Insat are excellent. I know my Sky contract is in safe, capable hands with you. Whenever I have a reason to contact you about something, whoever I deal with is knowledgeable, intelligent, and gets it right first time, every time - to steal a catchphrase, you do exactly what it says on the tin! I made the wrong decision to buy my HD box from elsewhere, based on it being a bit cheaper, but I regret that now as I know I would not have had all the problems I've had if I'd bought it from you. When you have to deal with a very different 'customer service' when there's problems, it makes you appreciate the friendly, efficient people at Insat all the more. A few minutes on the line to Cem this morning and in no time my issues were all sorted, and even though I ended up getting my HD box from another place, the professionalism meant that there were no hard feelings and my box was paired with my account and the HD sorted. Credit where credit's due, you guys do a great job, and that's why you have your customers' loyalty. Please feel free to use any of my comments for your testimonials.

I just want to say you are probably the most efficient company either of us have ever dealt with and we will certainly recommend you to anyone we encounter on this island.
