hello everyone at insat,firstly i would like to compliment you on your service,wish every company was as well orderd as your's,placed my order wednesday evening and had the box in house friday morning.It was a shame the payment wasn't so punctual,my excuse for this can only be that it was the first time i had used my credit card and i think my bank was being carefull which is also a good thing of coarse,my bank called me up thursday evening after i had got in from work to get conformation that i had indeed placed an order with you,i told them that i had so i would expect and hope that you have recived the money owed if not send me an e-mail and i will get in touch with them to ask whats going on..again thanks for the speed at which you and UPS operate i had to rush out and buy a dish and cable yesterday and get it all set up,didn't manage it before it got dark but today i got it working perfectly,been able to watch England struggle against Australia.
