Hello, I called yesterday morning to activate my card and again late afternoon as the card was not yet activated. You advised me that Sky would be up in the evening. This was exactly the case, by evening all subscribed programs (family + movie) were available. Thanks a lot for your help. I understand that you also called yesterday evening and spoke with my daughter, to check whether we we receiving Sky. This was very thoughtful of you and is much appreciated. We are quite impressed with your service so far, as we just requested service from you on Tuesday and are already up and running 3 days later! As we didn't have very good experience with the first sky agent we dealt with (********.***), we are relieved to have a sense of now being in good hands with insat.

Yesterday 2nd November I came home at lunch time to find the package on the door! When my partner came home, he put the LNB on the dish, we “plugged and played� and were watching tv by 6.30 pm!
