At first, I was worried about the fact it wasn't possible to contact Insat by phone. My fears were unfounded. Within a few days of placing my order, everything arrived even before I expected it.
But more importantly. I was helped by two people via emali. Cem and Mitch. I don't know if they are the owners, managers or employees. But one thing is certain. They are perfect examples of what 'Customer Service' should be. Involved, concerned, fast, accurate. And even more important, giving the cutsomer the feeling that someone is listening to you and really doing their best to help! So many companies could learn from this, especially in the Internet and Telecom sectors.
If they are employees, I hope their managers read this and appreciate the added value they bring to the company.

It is now working, and Iím allow to view HD channel as well as to record ( previously I had a message asking for SKY+ subscription in order to manually record some program). Too bad I canít grant you with evaluation (as e-bay) in order to mention how good are your services
