I ordered my new Sky + plus only 2 days ago, and its with me already!!. Also thanks for the detailed help in getting me set up and being able to link to my existing subscription. The service has been excellent, your people so helpful. If only other people could be so helpful.
I called yesterday morning to activate my card and again
late afternoon as the card was not yet activated. You advised me that
Sky would be up in the evening.
This was exactly the case, by evening all subscribed programs (family +
movie) were available.
Thanks a lot for your help. I understand that you also called yesterday
evening and spoke with my daughter, to check whether we we receiving
Sky. This was very thoughtful of you and is much appreciated.

Go ahead and cancel my Sky service for Oct 1, 2005 (or Sept 30?). I have
given my colleauge your information and he will contacting you shortly
after the 1st. He is moving into a new house on the 1st so it will be a few
days before he is ready to start. Thanks again for your awesome customer
service. If I end up coming back to Europe in a few years, I know who to
call for Sky service.
